Meet Sydney

Sydney has spent her professional career working alongside social workers, counselors, and therapists. As a licensed social worker herself, she understands firsthand the unique challenges of balancing exceptional client care with the responsibilities of running a successful private practice.

Today, Sydney combines that industry knowledge with her passion for bookkeeping, partnering with therapists and mental health professionals to help them maintain organized financial records, gain clarity into their business, and feel confident in their numbers. Because she knows the therapy industry from the inside, she understands the unique financial needs of private practices and provides bookkeeping solutions designed specifically for them.

Since founding Herman Bookkeeping Services in 2021, Sydney has been dedicated to helping business owners simplify their finances so they can spend less time worrying about their books and more time serving their clients. She genuinely loves what she does and is passionate about building lasting relationships with the therapists and counselors she serves.
